Hi friends! I have noticed that many of us are so busy caring for others and doing ALL.THE.THINGS that we don’t pause to think about what we need. Self-care is taking the time to understand our thoughts, our emotions, our needs. No one else can fill this for us.

Sometimes it can feel selfish to think about ourselves, but loving ourselves is the only way we can truly love anyone else.
